Jennifer Groff has been at LG Health for 11 years. In her current role she created a Planned Giving Advisory Committee which consists of estate planning attorneys, accountants and financial advisors. This advisory committee has helped to build LG Health’s planned giving program and has strengthened relationships with these critical allied professionals and the mission of LG Health. Jen has more than 25 years of development experience.

Ashlinn Masland-Sarani comes to the Lancaster County Community Foundation following several years in statewide non-profit leadership in Pennsylvania. With a diverse background in policy, communications, and development, her favorite part of work is welcoming others and building relationships. Ashlinn is excited to get to know and serve Lancaster’s diverse community. She received her master’s from American University and Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, DC and her bachelor’s from Hendrix College in Conway, AR.

Elizabeth “Beth” Mihmet is the Associate Director of Planned Giving at Dickinson College and is committed to strengthening the college’s mission to prepare young people for engaged lives of citizenship and leadership. Beth studied English and Art at Colgate University and received her MBA from Temple University. Prior to joining the Dickinson advancement team, Beth served as the Chief Development Officer for Hospice of Central PA. She is proud to serve on the board of directors for the Rotary Club of Harrisburg, Leadership Harrisburg Area (LHA) and the Susquehanna Valley Council of Charitable Gift Planners (SVCCGP).

Chad Myers has worked in fundraising and community development for over 20 years. A lifelong York County resident, Chad is passionate about working to improve the quality of life in our community. Chad has worked with the UPMC Pinnacle Foundation since 2018, managing annual and major giving campaigns in York County, as well as planned giving efforts for the UPMC in Central Pa system. Outside of work, Chad enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Jessica is the President and Chief Development Officer for the UPMC Pinnacle Foundation. The UPMC Pinnacle Foundation is the charitable entity that supports the needs of patients, staff and community members served throughout UPMC Central Pa.
She previously served as the Director of Development and Alumni Relations at Harrisburg Academy, in addition to 10 years in various resource development positions at Lebanon Valley College.
